HMO and PPO options available. AC Pro covers 60% of the HMO cost for all associates. Both HMO and PPO cover the following benefits with low co-pays and a large provider network of doctors to choose from. Routine preventative care visits, specialist visits, urgent care, X-rays, emergency room visits, flu and other vaccinations, ambulance, hospitalization, chiropractic visits, and prescription drugs.

Dental HMO & Dental PPO In-Network

Both plans cover diagnostic and preventative services, basic procedures, major services and orthodontics. AC Pro covers 60% of the HMO cost for all associates.


Plan covers exams, standard single, bifocal, and trifocal lenses and frames, or contacts.

Company Paid Life Insurance

$10K with less than one year of service; $50K with one year of service and $100K with five or more years of service. Option to purchase additional voluntary coverage at a low group rate with portability is also available.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

AC Pro associates and their dependents have up to three professional face-to-face sessions, along with a variety of information and resources available by calling a toll free number 24/7. Topics include: dealing with conflict or violence, working through grief and loss issues, tobacco, alcohol or drug cessation, financial or legal consultation services, and much more.

Vacation & Sick Pay

Three sick days per year (depending on local and state guidelines); 10+ vacation days depending on years of service and position.

Seven Paid Holidays

New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Safety Award Program

AC Pro is firmly committed to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment. We value and appreciate everyone’s hard work and dedication.

401K Program

AC Pro is committed to helping our associates retire. As long as AC Pro’s net profit is above 4% for the prior year, the company will elect to offer a matching 401K. 100% matching funds on up to 4% of the employee deferral. Employer contributions are immediately 100% vested. All eligible participants can contribute up to the legal maximum annual deferral limit and catch-up contributions for those who qualify.

Profit Sharing Program

The profit sharing bonus program is designed to reward AC Pro associates for their contributions to the company’s year-end profit. This program rewards everyone for the work they’ve done, encourages them to share best practices with each other, promotes a safer working environment and brings about greater involvement in cultivating customer service levels to expand our business. The program runs when the company hits a minimum 4% net profit for the year.
