We have used West Coast Aire for over 25 years!! Yes 25+ years!! The Most Honest, Courteous and Prompt AC/Heating Company Ever. Whenever we have a problem, I call the office and she schedules us in ASAP. The receptionist is also So Friendly and Kind!! Very Professional from the first phone call to the end of the service!! We Highly Recommend this company!!! You won't regret it!!! I have referred them to many friends who are also Very Satisfied!!

We having been using West Coast Aire for over a decade for our home and our rental property. They installed a new a/c unit in our home over a decade ago, great price and awesome service, and when we need service they are prompt, courteous and very professional. I will never use any other company as long as they are in business!!!! I totally recommend West Coast Aire.

After 10+ years of professional, helpful service from Joel and Brian, we are saying goodbye to West Coast Aire because of the bad attitude of Mae Lin, the woman who fields calls in the office. We had Brian come to our home for our regular service of blowing out the air compressor line. A new problem developed and I called for return service. Mae Lin decided she needed to argue multiple points regarding our call history (not our service history), and when the call deteriorated to an argument, I angrily wished her a good day and hung up (abbreviating here, there was more than one conversation before we got to this point). She immediately called back and told me to find another servicer. So my disabled husband and I (I'm also disabled) are forced to suffer through 100+ degree heat because Mae Lin doesn't know how to be professional in spite of a personality conflict with a customer. BUH-BYE!
